Located just 45 minutes from the Twin Cities!


Maple Hill Resort accommodations include two 2-bedroom cottages, and a large 4-bedroom lake home. All units feature: Air conditioning, BBQ grill, shared fish cleaning house, private dock, fire pit, full kitchens with microwaves and drip coffee makers, TV's, and large decks overlooking the water.


Maple Hill Resort is nestled between 3200-acre Clearwater Lake and 150-acre Grass Lake, with all accommodations facing water. We have a private boat ramp and docking of personal boats, is free.


Clearwater Lake has been rated by Ron Schara as one of the best Bass lakes in Minnesota. The lake supports Bass, Northern, Walleye, and Crappie. All are in abundance and top weights to make any angler happy! For the kids, Sunnies and Bass are catchable right off the docks! Evenings provide a tranquil setting for canoeing or kayaking in our bay, looking for the resident Loons or a pair of Eagles nested out on the point. Maple Hill Resort is located just one hour from the Mall of America and 16 miles Southeast of St. Cloud.

Fishing



Home to some of the best Bass fishing in Minnesota, our boats are available for guests to use while they stay with us so you can get out on the water and angle a fresh catch to cook up for dinner with you and your guests.



Boating



We have row boats, paddle boats, and a canoe available for use on site. Near the resort are some rental outfitters with reasonable prices. Find out more in our FAQ.



Fire pits



Minnesota resort essentials include a fire pit to enjoy R&R after a day out on the lake or hiking through the woods. Roast some s'mores, cook up your catch, or just share some stories with you and your crew!



In-unit Tv's



All of our units have televisions for your enjoyment!



Kayaking



Kayaking and Minnesota are made to go together. Grab one or more of our kayaks for yourself and the crew and head out onto beautiful Clearwater Lake for a day of fun in the sun!



Swimming



After a long day reeling them in or paddling around the lake, jump in the water in our swim area and cool off. Your kids will love the water too!

"Nice little cabin on a pretty lake. It was great to have the boats available and we mostly took out the canoe to chase after loons. Hung the hammock, used the grill to cook dinner, played cards around the fire and danced on the cabin's wood floor. We loved it."
